Nothing is worse than being invisible when you go to a restaurant. We were sat and the people sat after us had their drinks and apps before someone came to our table. We began to leave and flagged the manager who, with NO apology told us that if he wanted to go ahead and stay he would be happy to take care of something for us. If I hadn't have said anything, I don't think anyone would have known we were even there.
