Update 3/10/26: I made the mistake of going back to ask for additional cuts to a piece of wood I bought before. Louie wasn't there so I took it up with a manager and we agreed the incident will be dealt with at that level so I'm not going to say what happened exactly but going back to this Ace was definitely a mistake. I've been to multiple Ace Hardware in multiple states and this is by far, the worst one I've ever been to. Unless you are grabbing something off the shelf and taking it to the register and out with you, don't bother. I tried to get a sink, was given the wrong one when I went out to their yard where they were stored. Had to drive all the way back and turns out they didn't have the one I specifically requested. So they offered the display and I asked if it would come with the original hardware that the ones sold in a box had. ... read more
