Tom and Jason did an awesome job — friendly, professional, and expedient. They are also knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance on our future electrical projects.
I want to start by saying that their electricians are top-notch—I’ve used them three or four times and have always been impressed with their work. However, their intake process for standard jobs, like replacing hardwired smoke detectors, leaves something to be desired. Charging a $59 fee just to evaluate a straightforward job feels excessive. It’s these kinds of service fees that frustrate customers and can leave a bad impression.
Loughlin Electric were very professional and thorough and addressed all our concerns. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly reccomend them.
After a string of bad luck with a few local electricians we found Loughlin and have had them do a few jobs in our antique house which is never straightforward! Everyone has been fantastic and the work is great.
