Awesome as always, friendly staff, they did a great job with my kitten who was very angry. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
Vets here are amazing but 1 certain staff member is very rude I know of 2 other pet owners besides myself left do to certain staff . I have made appointments there also , when I showed up there wasn’t one one booked and it not just me who have experienced this

Brought my two cats for a checkup and was extremely dissatisfied. The vet lacked any sense of comprehension in a basic check-up and seemed to be scared of the cats. He pushed for vaccines, that after a second opinion, were shown unnecessary. Mistakenly, I came back after my cat had a very negative reaction to the vaccine, and was sold vitamins that after a quick google search, learned I could get on Amazon for half the price. We are new to Lougheed Animal and we’re very happy. Everyone is kind and courteous and the fees are reasonable. Most important, we feel comfortable bringing our fur babes here.
