Brought my frenchie in on an emergency basis, and they identified a life threatening infection immediately, and made time in their schedule to get her in for emergency surgery ASAP. The whole ordeal cost me 1/4 of what my friend paid elsewhere for the same procedure for her dog. The doctors are very thorough and informative and all of the techs are very kind and seem to genuinely care about my dogs. Today my dog was bleeding from her behind running and sliding acting very uncomfortable. I called Lougheed animal hospital, I saw they closed in 20 ish minutes so I was very nervous they were going to tell me to go to a 24/hour vet and they can’t help. But it was the dr who answered the phone and said to bring her over. I brought her and never did I feel rushed, I felt like they weren’t closing and my concerns where not tossed til tomorrow they where addressed.
