Dr. Lough has been one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen! I’ve had chronic sinus infections since I was 2 years old and had never been able to breathe through my nose really - so I grew up breathing through my mouth and had seen plenty of previous ENTs who suggested lots of operations that seemed really in depth and scary. When I moved to Reno, I got a referral to Reno ENT and saw Dr. Lough with hopes of finally getting whatever I needed to fix my nose. Do I even need to explain? Dr. Jeremy Lough is the most condescending, arrogant, aggravating doctor I’ve ever met in my life. How did he receive his license? He dismissed all my symptoms, insulted my family, ignored, talked down to and rejected anything I said. Absolutely do not recommend. This is disgraceful!
I had I sleep study for march 4 th and get the inspire on April 2 nd. I call today and they told me today that I’m getting the sleep study on April 2 so they postpone me for 60 days since my appointment in January
Definitely stay far away from this place. They get made at a review because they don't do their job, and the lady thinks she's a therapist. Go back to Florida, lady! You're establishment doesn't deserve any money from me or my insurance company. Looks like there's others that have had issues with these people
Dr. Lough was unprofessional. He did not listen to the information I was trying to give him on the history of the problem, and he seemed to be in a hurry. The lady at check out thought my daughter was scheduled for surgery, but she wasn't. Then she said we were good to go as there was no follow up needed, and I had to correct her because the Dr did request a follow up. However, I will not be taking daughter back for the follow up due to the poor experience we had there. I also had to take my daughter's culture over to Labcor... read more
