Dr. Lough did an absolutely fantastic sinus surgery. My whole life I have taken Flonase and Zyrtec daily thinking I had allergies - I haven’t taken any of that stuff since my surgery six weeks ago. While I hope I never need his services again, if I had to, I would return to Dr. Lough and I recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT doc.
Giving my highest review for Dr. Jeremy Lough and staff! Dr. Jeremy Lough is so gifted my surgery out come 100% hearing restored! My entire ear drum was missing from a ruptured ear drum many years ago that just got worse over the years having so many ear infections my regular ENT referred me to him I'll never forget what she told me he is the best I'm not good at that type of surgery is what she said, so glad she did! Dr. Lough has been exceptional—very thorough surgeon, patient, and always available for additional pre- and post-op visits to address any concerns that I’ve had. He made me feel safe, informed, and truly cared for. Highly recommend.
Dr. Lough has been one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen! I’ve had chronic sinus infections since I was 2 years old and had never been able to breathe through my nose really - so I grew up breathing through my mouth and had seen plenty of previous ENTs who suggested lots of operations that seemed really in depth and scary. Do I even need to explain? Dr. Jeremy Lough is the most condescending, arrogant, aggravating doctor I’ve ever met in my life. How did he receive his license? He dismissed all my symptoms, insulted my family, ignored, talked down to and rejected anything I said. Absolutely do not recommend. This is disgraceful!
