LouFit is a studio that welcomes everyone, not matter what your age, gender or fitness level is. Lou encourages you to try new exercises and modifies exercises to suit all abilities when required. The people that you meet at the gym become new training buddies and everyone supports each other to finish the session. Lou checks in with you if you miss a session and is there supporting her clients on both the good days and the hard days!

LouFit is an awesome experience for everyone. From new comers to the gym to experienced gym junkies, Lou makes sure everyone feels included and she pushes everyone to achieve their own goals at their own pace. If your nervous to start a gym routine, you will not find a more inclusive and fun environment than LouFit 6/5 stars

Loufit is not your normal gym, it’s a small community where everyone becomes your friends and part of your routine. Lou is supportive, encouraging and pushes you when you need it most, when you think you can’t give any more, she knows you have another 2% she will push you to achieve your best.

Loufit is not only a personal training Space, it’s a place that you feel welcomed in, it’s a place that you feel loved and that you can be the best version of yourself. The love and support that you receive at Loufit from both Louise and Adrianne is beyond what you could imagine. These girls along with all the people that attend have gotten me through some of the toughest times in my life and I’m lucky to have this safe space, as will you have join the Loufit community.
