Spoke with office staff who was friendly. Explained where my tank was ad the plot is not accurate. Did not see any work on scheduled day. left message and field guy called back a day later who didnt have proper location. If they called while there it would have been resolved immediatly. He indicated they would be back out that week. Had some unexpected issues with our septic. Contacted Loudoun Septic and got quick service, had problems and options explained in detail, they worked HARD in the 105 degree heat index and had us up and going quickly.
