LPS completed our porch project in Fall 2025, supporting a complete revamp of our exterior entryway. Working with LPS was easy, communication was clear, and updates were timely. I'd highly recommend LPS for future projects and intend to hire them again for additional work.
Doug and his team were amazing throughout the construction process. Our project encompassed a complete reno of our daughter's bathroom and the installation of a second floor laundry. The work was very high quality, completed on time, and at a competitive price. As a business owner that works with vendors on a daily basis I'm very discerning and LPS did not disappoint. I highly recommend LPS and will choose them for our next project.
I had several projects with LPS and I am very pleased with the results and their workmanship. They have professional and skillful workers who take pride in their workmanship, and it shows. Noe the projector manager kept me in the know the whole time and was so helpful throughout the project. I can’t thank LPS enough for all the great work that they did.
I’ve used LPS twice now and have been extremely happy with the results. First time was for a 3 bathroom remodel project which went very well. Communication was good, quality of work was stellar, and project duration was just a couple of days over what was projected. That was mostly due to materials shortages in what was ordered tile wise. We just completed a fairly extensive remodeling project with LPS and we are very happy with their work. We built a study, added a bay window to the master bedroom, moved the laundry room upstairs and converted a covered patio to an all weather sunroom. The whole process from our initial discussion with Doug, to design and final construction was smooth.
