We just completed a fairly extensive remodeling project with LPS and we are very happy with their work. We built a study, added a bay window to the master bedroom, moved the laundry room upstairs and converted a covered patio to an all weather sunroom. The LPS team, along with our designer SK Interiors, provided the best all-around construction experience I have encountered. Our project included an addition, master bath/closet remodel, and a new roof. The attention to detail, quality of work, and follow through made the disruption of a large-scale construction project as minimal as possible. LPS was great to work with from start to finish. Doug came up with a vision for the layout of our master bath we were thrilled with and Noe, our project manager, was fantastic throughout the process. Great communication and their work was impeccable!
LPS is a dream company to work with. They recently renovated our master bathroom. We went into the project with a lot of closets, too many doors, and space we wanted to maximize. We ended with a renovated master bath that we love, and a master closet that can fit everything in a way that we need to (and we went from 7 doors in a tiny space to 2 pocket doors that totally changed the flow for the better.) LCPS renovated two of my bathrooms and they both look beautiful. The quality of the work was excellent and they responded to all my questions and concerns during the process. The tool they used to communicate and handle invoicing was very easy to use and made the process a lot easier. There were a couple costs that popped up during the process vs. getting communicated in advance like the shower glass and sink-tops.
