This was my first experience at an osteopath and maybe it wasn't the right treatment for me. The lady who did my treatment was very nice but I did come away wondering what had been done. I did email to explain I didn't feel satisfied with the session but unfortunately didn't hear anything back and it was a while ago now. Lots of other lovely reviews which is what made me choose here but I was hoping for something more as I had saved money towards it.
I have been seeing Isla on and off for a number of years now. I always feel completely at ease at sessions due to her lovely nature and professional manner. She very quickly tunes into what is going on in your body, tailoring support and guidance to meet individual needs at that time, using osteopathy and sacro cranial therapy while offering recommendations about other professionals to contact for, e.g. nutrition / exercise advice etc. or books / websites to explore. If I could give this place no stars I would! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Where do I start… I wasted my time and fuel going to this sham of a place. Thank god I didn’t waste anymore money actually paying for the appointment. I first emailed to try explain my situation and get an appointment, twice, to which I received no answer. So I decided to just go ahead and book online. I drove to my appointment today and no one answered the door which was locked. My partner has Parkinsons and has been attending Isla for approximately 6 months on a 3 weekly basis. He complains of pain and stiffness in his neck, lower back and knee. Since attending Isla has been he does not get the same amount of pain. Would highly recommend.
