This isn’t a rating for any service received ,it’s for lack of communication ,have sent several emails to all the contact addresses ,Facebook messenger message ,have called and it rings out ,have enquired whether they’re even still trading ,nothing back ,maybe il get an answer on here
Don't believe a business should suffer poor reviews because of limited availability. That's not fair and people leaving negative reviews like that are not being just.
This was my first experience at an osteopath and maybe it wasn't the right treatment for me. The lady who did my treatment was very nice but I did come away wondering what had been done. I did email to explain I didn't feel satisfied with the session but unfortunately didn't hear anything back and it was a while ago now. Lots of other lovely reviews which is what made me choose here but I was hoping for something more as I had saved money towards it.
I have been seeing Isla on and off for a number of years now. I always feel completely at ease at sessions due to her lovely nature and professional manner. She very quickly tunes into what is going on in your body, tailoring support and guidance to meet individual needs at that time, using osteopathy and sacro cranial therapy while offering recommendations about other professionals to contact for, e.g. nutrition / exercise advice etc. or books / websites to explore.
