I called to ask if this office could take a digital scan for permanent retainers. Ashley told me they do not offer this service. When I asked for clarification, she responded rudely and hung up on me. This was very unprofessional and disappointing customer service.
Our experience with Dr. Lee and his staff turned into a terrible ordeal. It was traumatic for my 16-year-old daughter. When her braces were removed, Dr. Lee failed to inform us of a cavity in two of her teeth. He said later that he "is not a dentist". Our dentist, who recommended Dr. Lee and is friends with him outside of work, said that there was no excuse for it to be missed. Dr. Lee and his entire team are friendly, informative, cheerful, and professional. Both of my kids love to visit the office which says so much about Dr. Lee’s practice. My daughter had to do more than just braces and his ideas and approach have not only brought her smile to life but instilled so much more confidence in her well-being. I know we have a lot of popular options here in Loudoun County but we are so grateful for this team.
