Great company until you need to file a claim! Very disappointed in claims adjuster. Roof had a leak did some ceiling damage. Adjuster said, just a maintenance issue. Caulk and some repair to inside. 3 different roofers all stated needs new roof. Denied for roof, and not enough "damages" to repair! I have had them since 2001 file 2 claims within this time denied each time. Needless to say, we are on the hunt for other insurance. So disappointed!
