Got blood work done on Thursday they told me 2-3 days I would get a call. I called on Monday they told me they would call me back shortly that day no call. I call on Tuesday they tell me the same thing still no call. I call today and I’m now just being told she wasn’t in the office Tuesday or today and they’re going to mark it high priority in her inbox so first thing tomorrow she will see it. Tomorrow it will be a whole week since I got this blood work done I am highly irritated and disappointed.
Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Front Desk Staff This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. The front desk staff is the first impression of any institution, yet their behavior was unprofessional and biased. We noticed clear differences in how they treated patients based on nationality and insurance provider, which is completely unacceptable. At this point, I have been to 4 different Doctors and Nurse Practitioner’s since moving to Virginia and all of them until today have made me feel uncomfortable because of an inflated ego, making me feel stupid or just made jokes about what I came to see them for. It was extremely demoralizing and made me nervous to even step foot into a room with one of them ever again. In the process of switching primary care doctors, I decided to try going to LMG. I scheduled a physical with Cecilia Winowiecki and she was amazing! We spent over 30 minutes going over my full medical history, and she was very intrigued and engaged throughout the appointment. It was evident that she deeply cared about my health. She answered all of my questions at an expert level and went above and beyond to recommend various treatments and action steps to take regarding my medical needs.
