I've been a long time patient of LMG and I've generally been well pleased.I've been seeing Dr. Jeffrey Martin for probably 15 years, and it's always been a good experience. I wanted to get a physical done and was unable to get an AM appointment with Dr. Martin until early January, so I reluctantly agreed to see a doctor that was new to me. Incompetent, uncaring, late. First two visits were rescheduled day of or day before. Finally one visit was kept, arrived at 1:45 and "doctor" did not enter the room until 2:30. Grossly incompetent physician, left early for the day after being late and not providing an explanation for why the medications we discussed were not called in to the pharmacy. Lazy, awful people.
I was unfortunately very sick while on vacation and chose this urgent care hoping for relief. After an excessively long wait, I left feeling dismissed and unheard. The doctor did not seem to take my symptoms seriously, and I spent the rest of my trip in bed with severe throat pain, sinus pressure, and later a very bad allergic reaction (hives) from trying medications on my own. Cancel appointments regularly , staff doesn’t answer the phone , when they do they immediately put you on hold without saying a word.
