My PA was fantastic, lady drawing my blood was nice, nurse was fine. But holy cow the receptionists that you talk to on the phone are so rude. I spoke to one girl about a confusing charge and called back about 10 minutes later to clarify some things. I asked if she was the same girl I’d been talking to and she said no but “knew about me already.” I asked her about a fee and how I didn’t understand the policy she said, “Girl. Had a great experience
I was told over the phone they could help me get a prescription for my ADHD so I drove 45 minutes out and was told they do not prescribe any stimulants there. ?? I was recommended to this place and unfortunately am pretty disappointed. Every time I call to speak to someone I have to wait on hold for 5-10 minutes at least. I got some tests done and it’s been almost 20 days and I have yet to receive an update and cannot reach them via phone to ask. The doctor and the lady who drew my blood were very nice people
Unprofessional staff
Find a different provider. The front desk is an Interesting persona. If you not even greeted with a welcome smile and hello, then you know you should just move on. Which is what I did.
