Unprofessional staff
Find a different provider. The front desk is an Interesting persona. If you not even greeted with a welcome smile and hello, then you know you should just move on. Which is what I did.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the receptionist’s attitude. She was unwelcoming and came across as condescending, which set a negative tone before even seeing the doctor.
Love the Purcellville office. Very convenient for Western Loudoun and even Leesburg patients. Staff is very nice. Small office but love the small town feel to the place.
