I was told over the phone they could help me get a prescription for my ADHD so I drove 45 minutes out and was told they do not prescribe any stimulants there. ?? I was recommended to this place and unfortunately am pretty disappointed. Every time I call to speak to someone I have to wait on hold for 5-10 minutes at least. I got some tests done and it’s been almost 20 days and I have yet to receive an update and cannot reach them via phone to ask. The doctor and the lady who drew my blood were very nice people
Unprofessional staff
Find a different provider. The front desk is an Interesting persona. If you not even greeted with a welcome smile and hello, then you know you should just move on. Which is what I did.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the receptionist’s attitude. She was unwelcoming and came across as condescending, which set a negative tone before even seeing the doctor.
Love the Purcellville office. Very convenient for Western Loudoun and even Leesburg patients. Staff is very nice. Small office but love the small town feel to the place.
