Morgan and the Loudoun Funeral Chapel team recently handled the arrangements for my wife's funeral. To sum up: Outstanding service, knowledgeable staff, and fantastic results. A caring family owned business. Matthew was exceptional! He was professional, respectful, and thorough, ensuring everything went smoothly at the funeral and burial services. Kathy and Morgan were helpful, kind and compassionate. Very responsive and any mistakes were corrected immediately. We appreciate all they did for our family and the comfort they provided at the time of our Mother’s death.
We have no words for our wonderful experience with Morgan She showed our family such compassion during a very difficult time. Handled every single thing and guided us through the whole process. There was no stress or anxiety ever. She is truly a remarkable person and our family can’t thank her enough. We would highly recommend her and her whole family. It’s truly a blessing when you aren’t thinking clearly that you really don’t need to, you can just follow their guidance.
