My family of 4 started going here since last year. We never got to see Dr. Ha but the Grace, the PA, was nice. Our daughter can't make her afternoon appointment so I called at 8:00 the morning to reschedule for earlier in the day. They didn't have any earlier appointment so I was told I had to pay $50 for calling late. Of course I wish they hadn't charge me the fee but I agreed to pay it and rescheduled for another day.
