My family of 4 started going here since last year. We never got to see Dr. Ha but the Grace, the PA, was nice. Our daughter can't make her afternoon appointment so I called at 8:00 the morning to reschedule for earlier in the day. They didn't have any earlier appointment so I was told I had to pay $50 for calling late. Of course I wish they hadn't charge me the fee but I agreed to pay it and rescheduled for another day. Bad front office experience My son’s pediatrician referred us to Dr. Ha. We were not able to see him but an appointment with Dr. Moreland was arranged fairly quickly. Our pediatric office faxed over a referral even though they didn’t think we needed one. They also gave me notes and a written referral to bring. My husband called our insurance since our policy name had changed this year. They informed us that referrals for OBGYNs and determatologists were not needed with our plan.
