I talked to Clayton regarding my late payment of the real estate taxes due to family emergency. He was attentive, empathetic and helpful. He assisted me in submitting my documentation to treasurer and board of supervisors. I submitted my paperwork and now awaiting the decision. I really appreciate the helpful assistance I had received and I am very thankful for it.
