Had a very disappointing experience here this morning. When this staff decided to act petty today and not community oriented, they inspired me to write this negative review, which is very unlike me. Keep in mind, I’m a long-time western Loudoun resident and a long time customer of the mill. And now, because of their pettiness, I will literally NEVER purchase mulch from here again. After previous successful deliveries and purchases we will no longer be using Loudon milling due to their rude and unprofessional behavior today. After receiving an incorrect shipment and helping them reload it by hand we received a rude and unprofessional voicemail from Karen accusing us of making the driver reload the Incorrect delivery alone and threatening to not deliver to us again. Friendly people, good facility, good quality topsoil and rocks. They are my no 1 supplier for all outdoor stuff, including my fence boards. I wish the scale were a bit wider.
