We were very pleased with Loudoun Construction after a faulty water valve caused a flood in our basement. Josh and Brynn were fantastic to work with and the basement looks brand new.
My insurance company introduced me to Loudoun Construction, LLC. after a heavy rain up rooted a hundred year red oak which crashed through the 2nd story of my house. Absolutely incredible company to work with. Following a housefire, we worked with Loudoun Construction to remodel our home. Brad, Josh, and Brynn were exceptional. Brad and Josh walked us through the entire remediation and insurance process. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and empathetic. Dear Mr. Michels, We are writing to commend and recognize your company for the excellent work you provided in repairing and restoring our home after a very large tree crashed into the roof of our 60-year-old colonial last April 2021. The tree destroyed 1/3 of the roof as well as a significant part of the brick wall on the second floor.
