I see many Questions about LCAS why charges were dropped. The reason is LCAS from Tim Himstreet to Nina Stivley totally miss manage all animal investigations. LCAS is one of the biggest scams in Loudoun County. I am a Very Proud Republican. Bob Anderson is an Attorney well past his time. I fixed the corruption with LCAS not Bob. Every Issue that Bob needs to fix he runs the other way.
I am livid....just read the article stating the individuals who had a supposed animal rescue in Round Hill and charged with various crimes, their charges have been dropped!!! The Commonwealth's Attorney will not answer to WHY??? So what did they get a slap on the hand and tell them, "now, now, you can't have any more animals. Do you understand? Ok, now go about your lives!" This just demonstrates you can abuse animals and it'll go unpunished. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
