Cross country move couldn't have been worse and we have done many moves over the years. Damaged things with poor packing in boxes. Furniture was deeply scratched and parts missing from beds. We contracted them to move the car and they bent the hood of a new car. Overcharged and tried to add fees as it was a corporate move so they thought they could gouge. Mayflower delivered a solid move on a complicated, multipart pickup and dropoff in one of the busiest moving times of the year. Louderback's John Platek and Jana Carnish provided great service.
