We had a fantastic experience with Louden Builders. A big thank you to Brad and the team for doing such an amazing job—everything was completed with incredible attention to detail, and the results exceeded our expectations. We're absolutely thrilled! While we have not engaged these contractors, they are working on our neighbour’s property. They are doing construction on a Sunday which is against council bylaws. The work involves constructing a carport very close to the shared boundary . The work is only a few metres from our bedrooms and office. Brad and the team did an excellent job both inside and outside the house. They were accommodating and professional throughout, even when changes were requested. Their pricing was significantly more affordable than franchise businesses in the area. The quality of work on our small bathroom, laundry, and bedroom was completed to an exceptionally high standard. I found Brad and the team at Louden Builders great to deal with. We engaged them for a build in project under our Queenslander and they were great problem solvers, kept under budget, good communication and happy to be flexible when we wanted some changes. Finished the job within a good time frame too. Would definitely recommend.
