Poor quality from a company trying to get big LOUD security wired my low voltage wires when I was building my home in Harmony On The Lakes. Pulte contracted them to to all the low voltage in the neighborhood so I was pretty much not given a choice other than to use them but I figured these guys are "professionals" so they know what they are doing. Long time customer I have had good experiences with Loud Security. they have been my security provider for over 10 years. John Loud has personally serviced my account and offered assistance when needed. We also were able to renegotiate our quarterly rate. Good experience for our family
Bottom of the Line! This company has outdated, overpriced systems. Mine was defective and they were unable to correct the problems. The customer service was non-existant and the owner, John Loud, appears to be in many cases of litigation against his own clients. The contracts they offer are very long term. God help you if you try to get out of one!
Great Card Access System Our HOA hired Loud Security last year to provide access control to our subdivision pool. Most of us thought it was a waste at the time at first, but it has proven its worth. I wasn't really a fan of the system until I realized how much money it was saving the subdivision and the board. Now that we have the ability to simply turn access to the amenties on and off, people are finally paying their HOA dues. Top Notch Company!!! I previously was a customer with another well known security company for over 12 years until they decided to not treat me as a valuable customer in transferring my service. Buyer beware!!! should be zero or negative stars!!!I moved out of state one year into a 3 year contract, and they charged me for the buyout of the contract even though they do not do not do business in my new state. I tried to reach owner and manager and finally got a delayed response. Their answer was you have to pay out the contract.They said they were like cable companies although I have never experienced someone making another pay for services when they don't even offer such in their area.ADT wanted money up front so I t... read more
Shady business practices. Despicable sales tactics. Management was supposed to step in to help and nothing. Thank god I never experienced a burglary as now I can only imagine their systems and response teams effectiveness given their unwillingness to work through a simple issue they refuse to face. Tried to support a local business and got burned.
