As a first time client seeking an attorney, this was not the firm that was qualified to do my case. Yet took my money knowing they weren't qualified. Only talked to the ONLY lawyer they had Rachel whom I all talked to all of two time. Terminated my contract in October 2, 2022 because I did not feel confident in the process of this of this case, in addition to only having communicated with an intern and another representative (Charlton) who was not a lawyer at this firm. This was an awful experience. Mrs Klubeck-Baker managed to spend 3500$ of my large retainer and I only ever spoke to her twice in her office. I spoke to guy named Charlton who came across as a scam artist and was later let go for “inaction”. I still ended up paying for his time though. They couldn’t even spell my name correctly. It was embarrassing to have this be the face of anything I needed done. I hired them in May of 23 and fired them in the first week of November.
