I think Loud and Clear is one of THE BEST in the industry!!!!!!! Period!!!
This place gets my award for awful communication, and I LOVE name and shaming companies in this industry that have issues. If your're prospective employee, be prepared to encounter unreasonable expectations and terrible communication. I can only imagine what a mess this place is internally, so I may have dodged a bullet in the end. Best of luck to anyone looking for work, it's tough, but don't put too much stock in this place taking care of you or even responding.
They have amazing gear and the end result is fine. Several times we’ve worked with them and it’s a mixed bag of audio and video engineers. Most of the time they’re the normal kind of begrudging high-dollar union workers who are not eager to help, but not unpleasant. A few have been downright hostile and toxic to work with, inflexible and uncaring. “They didn’t pay us to do that” is a common refrain. “We weren’t told to bring drum mics.” How they expected to run sound for a band without miking the drums is beyond me. Great guys to work with. They have anything you need for any gig audio or video. They are very helpful and can assist with anything you need and even the things you didn't think of.
