My experience was worse than gwsprecast. Paid this attorney for nothing but advising me to settle for less than what I already had. I finally refused and trusted the judge who ruled in my favor. Then my attorney (kendall) didn't check the court order to be sure that my papers were drawn up correctly and things that were not court ordered were included in them. Then he refused to file to correct them without making me pay him. The court also ordered that I be reimbursed for $1500 in attorneys fees. Those fees were paid to my ... read more
Kendall Drew and his wife have both represented me on various issues in the past. They are wonderful attorneys and now friends. Kendall took the time to make sure I understand all of my questions before proceeding with my case. He was stern when he needed to be, to get his point across to me, however, he was gentle when he could see I was upset. I would highly recommend him and his law partner/wife. They are so family oriented!
This is my experience dealing with this a-hole, gave kendell $2,500.00 deposit for a divorce case, I met with him 5 minutes before our court date on the court house steps, he totally blew my case by not knowing any of the facts. also he never informed me of important court apperance's, (emailed me 1 day before hearing) never told me about another hearing we had.
