So caring, intelligent and takes time with the patient.
No coordination of care. Family member asked to drive 2.5 hours to an ER for a procedure and arrived to find there had been no correspondence. An outpatient procedure that "had to be done that day" according to the provider became an inpatient stay. Horrible waste of health care resources. People cannot afford to be hospitalized due to lack of health care provider communication. Maybe the government will pay the bill but most people cannot afford an overnight stay for a "simple outpatient procedure."
