Excellent realtor who protects her clients' interests. LouAnn is very knowledgeable and honest. She made my home-buying experience easy. Her negotiation skills are impressive. She helped me make the best reasonable offer, and she wasn't shy about asking the sellers what needed to be done. She handled our requests for repairs with firmness and professionalism.
