Very helpful when we went to their showroom. They let us look around as long as we wanted to, and if we had any questions we went to them, they never bothered us. Susan was very knowledgeable and had many great ideas. The ordered countertops came in quickly, and installation was flawless, the guys did an outstanding job! LouAda Granite was great to work with and we love the outcome! From our first visit through installation and beyond, our experience with LouAda has been excellent. Susan at sales was helpful but not pushy and very patient as I looked at slab after slab. Nathan and the installers kept us informed of their progress and were able to install 2-3 weeks earlier than we anticipated. A wonderful Christmas gift! I highly recommend LouAda.
I can’t say enough good things about the team at LouAda Granite. They have an amazing inventory of slabs to choose from for any size and style project. Communication was prompt and clear. Throughout the entire process they always kept us updated and worked with us to make sure that our countertops were everything that we envisioned.
