I visited his office Dec. 2009 with a loose anterior crown. Well, I have an HMO plan with PacifiCare. As soon as he learned I have a HMO plan, he was turned off because I would not be able to meet his standard price in repairing the loose crown. I have an old dentist who already retired, she usually take it out, resurface and refit it again with dental cement or glue. In the case of Dr. Lou, he recommend that I glue it myself. Minute i arrived, I thought I may have made a bad decision. My friends husband gave me Dr. Lou number. I was close to home so I went. I had a bad feeling because there were NO patients in the waiting area.The girl up front was fairly nice, I had too wait longer than I thought.( no people in waiting area) . I met the dentist. He was O K . to start.
