Nonexistent customer service. Left several messages to get a price on a mini split system. Lou finally called me back 5 days later, said he would send someone to my house. Never happened. Guy is a hack.
I contacted Lou Severino based on recommendations from my neighbors. On Saturday, I spoke with their answering service to arrange a technician visit for my tenant, as the air conditioning had stopped working and the weather forecast predicted temperatures near 100º. I spoke with Lou on Sunday and a technician was scheduled to arrive on Monday afternoon. A++ experienced workmanship
Well I had been satisfied up until this year. Every September when the weather is warm I have a boiler startup service just to make sure everything its working properly. I was told by the technician that all was fine, I was sent an invoice in which I paid my fee of about 130 dollars. Now it’s January my boiler started leaking water.
