Scheduled a winter start up - guys came out and only completed half the job. Was charged for the second visit because apparently I was supposed to tell their employees of the boilers' power switch instead of them completing the job in full the first time? Hard to schedule, no transparency in extra costs (charged $80 to turn on 3 split systems) - do not recommend.
Nonexistent customer service. Left several messages to get a price on a mini split system. Lou finally called me back 5 days later, said he would send someone to my house. Never happened. Guy is a hack.
I contacted Lou Severino based on recommendations from my neighbors. On Saturday, I spoke with their answering service to arrange a technician visit for my tenant, as the air conditioning had stopped working and the weather forecast predicted temperatures near 100º. I spoke with Lou on Sunday and a technician was scheduled to arrive on Monday afternoon.
