Extraordinary service! Lou took my call in the evening and after a few diagnostic questions decided our safety was paramount. He and his son came out on one of the coldest nights in decades to rescue us from a fire waiting to happen - the main breaker burned out on the control panel. They were thoughtful, careful and courteous while assessing the situation and then creating a safe temporary solution to bridge us through a few days.
