I agree.... Mr. Billy Rippner is a con artist, very unprofessional and rude to say the least. When my husband asked him.... why would you not want to work with your customer AND take a chance of losing a good customer, he replied to stay out of his store and please don't come back as he doesn't need customers! ALL OF THIS BECAUSE HIS SALES LADY ORDERED THE WRONG FABRIC AND HE WILL NOT HONOR THE REORDER TO GET THE CORRECT FABRIC.....SO WE ARE DISPUTING WITH VISA AND HE IS LIVID!!!!!! Quality and Customer Service @ Compass – How can you not appreciate 40 years of family owned business in New Orleans. The fact that the quality of the furniture and customer service is top notch, I'll continue shopping at Compass for years to come.
annoynmous – I have been a customer for the pass 15yrs, My last expierence with Compass furniture I was moving and discovered the glass to my table was broke . I immediately called Compass furniture to order a new one after the represenative checked my information I was able to order another glass which only took a few days to come in s able to order another one. I am truely a very happy Compass furniture customer and will recommend anyone looking for good furniture and great service to shop at Compass furniture.
