Lou is so great to work with! My mom didn't have hot water so after a Google search, I called Lou since he was in the area. He went over right away, called Aurora water, and diagnosed the problem - one of her pipes was leaking after the freeze. He came back over with a plumber and got it fixed. I am just so grateful to have found him! He obviously knows his stuff and was just so kind and patient through everything. Highly, highly recommend!
