If I can leave a zero I would. Went to get a polish change at LOU nails and was charged 30 dollars and the bold head guy(well he need a cut, lol) was nasty and did a horrible job. When I asked for his name he lied as I been there before and the other shop they own ( Princess Nails, which the manger or owner has a nasty reputation also). I have spent so much money in both places and service is bad(not all tech). I have been on 3 separate occasions and all but one was a good experience. Lilaaa attempted to install my lashes after touching another customers hands. The chairs are not cleaned after each customer. After my last visit on yesterday, Ive decided I will never return again. I arrived at 2 to have pedi and full set. My pedi started at 2:30 and Lilaaa, who is sneeky rude, took two customers who came in after me and around 3:30 after my pedi was done, asked me if still wanted my nails done..... the answer was a definite "NO"!
