Hit a curb during a bad ice storm in December. This place was the closest certified dealership to me. It took a while to get it completed but they were slammed (no pun intended) with work to say the least. Jeff's an MVP for that place, sincere and cares about his customers satisfaction. ** UPDATE - LOU FUSZ DID THE RIGHT THING & RESOLVE OUR ISSUES - THANK YOU! ** I received a call from the dealership management to inform me that they have decided to REFUND a portion of what my parents felt were over-charged to them. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Mike Wolz was quite helpful and courteous. Recall service was estimated to take 3-4 hours. It was finished in 2.5 hours plus they gave me a coupon for a free wash & dry at Waterway.
On 15th of May 2015, I bought a spark plug wire set from Lou Fusz Nissan Parts Department (925 North Lindbergh St. Louis MO 63146) for my car Nissan Altima. I was told it’s a genuine part but when I opened the package I learnt that it’s manufacturer is Prestolite. I believe it’s an after market product and it is available on auto parts stores at approx. half price. When I installed it in my car, the Service Engine Soon light turned on after three days. Questionable business practices, including spam ads on Craigslist claiming a picture is included, but is not. Very frustrating!
I'm 60 yrs old and I've dealt with a lot of dealers, but I can say this one is honest, has good service, and wants your business. Our salesperson was Todd Sterling, who gave us a great deal, was no-nonsense, and followed up on all questions and requests. We bought a RAV4 from him and recommend him highly. They also have extended warranties at no charge and free oil changes.
