Called to talk to someone about a possible warranty on a part, had to call back four times and kept getting transferred to just a busy signal or hung up on, when I finally got ahold of someone (service desk) I told her what I was calling about and she said “okay?” and gave so much unnecessary attitude. I regret buying my car from people who don’t care about you once you drive off the lot.

I contacted Lou Fusz to see if a person claiming to work for them on facebook in deed did. I wasn’t able to reach them at first, but received a text message asking how they could help. I instantly received messages back from several different dealers saying that they had never heard of this person and explaining the details of why what this individual was doing was a scam.
