Deli Zewki was my salesman. He did a fantastic job! He was very informative & patient. Also the manager, Aziz was welcoming & attentive to anything we might need. I would recommend Lou Fusz Toyota & these 2 capable salesmen. They made what sometimes is an unpleasant ordeal into a pleasant experience.
Worst experience ever, made an appointment for my dad to get an oil change to his Toyota. He waited here for 5 hours so we decided that it was time to call up the place. Once we called and told them that my dad has been here waiting for hours for just an oil change. They said that he’s here for an oil change and something else they said that I forgot which apparently takes 2-3 hours. However, he’s been here for more than that. The experience was so nice, we had to buy the Toyota RAV4 thrice! My husband and I have 4 children in our house and 3 of them are young adult and teen drivers. Well, we went in, met Jim. We told him what we were looking for and wanted to look at & test drive a 4 runner to see if we would like it. He said sure he gave a nice route to take . We got back, and we talked for a few minutes. He was not like some of the other sales men we've talked to that just suck. Jim was very nice and easy-going. We were not going to buy just yet.
