Bait and switched to smaller discount: I had an email coupon for 15% off work previously recommended by the Service dept. I bought new tires, (tires are not discounted) and had an alignment. Cost of the alignment in the email was $149.95, so 15% off would be $127.50. Service dept charged me $169.95 then gave me $30 discount, essentially $139.95. $12 more money. Laziest and most worthless staff I have ever encountered anywhere. Avoid this place unless you like wasting your time and gas. They will tell you items are in stock to get off the phone and then tell you they never were in stock to get you out of the lobby. Ridiculous, incompetent, and unprofessional.
Up front pricing - no haggling - top dollar for trade-in - knowledgable staff - and great communication. It all made for a seamless transaction (across states, btw) and a very happy new subaru owner. I wish I'd discovered Lou Fusz years ago!
