Up front pricing - no haggling - top dollar for trade-in - knowledgable staff - and great communication. It all made for a seamless transaction (across states, btw) and a very happy new subaru owner. I wish I'd discovered Lou Fusz years ago!
Take your vehicle to one of the other Subaru service departments in the area. I've used this location for years but it's just terrible these days. Not only are they horribly unreliable, but just blatantly dishonest too. They quoted me lower prices over the phone to get my business then surprised me with much higher price tag at pickup. It cost me $130 for a 4.5 quart oil change for my Impreza (base trim). You'll get a $10 rebait but it only counts for the next oil change to keep you coming back. There's absolutely positively no rational reason for this price when a Subaru is one of the easiest cars to do an oil change on. The service techs are nice though.
