Purchased a car from here in January and ended up getting noise in the driver side wheel well. We are under the used car warranty and a current service plan under them. I took it in for diagnostics. I work on cars and did not want to void the active warranty with my work. They claimed my metal tool that was in the door was the issue and charged me $90 since it was considered "accidental damage". I came here because the driver’s seat was stuck in the farthest back position (manual, not motorized). I dropped my car at 7:45am. They gave me a loaner car which is really nice. By the time I got to work at 8:15am, they were calling me to pick up the car. There was some debris in the rail that was causing it to be stuck. They charged me $200 for this. Great customer service, but unreasonable prices.

Went in for a wiring problem while car was still under warranty. The service desk guy called and told me that the wiring problem might have been caused by the light hail damage my car had received (2 years prior) and won't be covered under warranty. I spoke to him for a while and he figured out that I knew a thing or two about cars. He was rude and seemed annoyed that I was disagreeing with him about this ridiculous claim.
