I have purchased or leased five new vehicles from Lou Fusz in Creve Coeur (four Mazdas, one Kia). Historically the service department has been fine, but it has become outrageously bad, as has the body shop. This is the worst dealership I’ve gone to. My family has been buying from Lou Fusz since I was a kid and my dad would brag about them to everyone. Since I bought my Mazda here a couple of years ago, I have been treated like an idiot. I recently moved states away and went to my local Mazda service shop. I’ve been treated like a person there and they have called out THIS dealership for giving me inaccurate information about my car and for the improper work done on it.
