The worst dealership experience I’ve had. I’d like to start by saying the sales team was excellent. I bought a motorcycle off of them and had no issues. As a matter of fact it was a great experience. But when my bike had an issue and I needed to get ahold of service is where it went downhill.i was told at the beginning the bike probably had a loose ground somewhere and after they fixed it they confirmed it was a loose ground. They had the bike from Saturday-Thursday and not once was I able to get service to answer the phone.... read more
