Everyone is very helpful. I've had two instances over 3 years where caps were not put back on, and screws were not tightened. But they have fixed these things after the fact to my satisfaction. I particularly appreciate Jim in Highland Service.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Steve Schmidtt Ford. We have been loyal owners/customers of Ford vehicles for 20+ years and plan to continue. Robert Lehman is a very professional consultant that knows the specifics about the vehicle we have purchased. He and his Sales Manager Alondra did a fantastic job of placing us in an Explorer to our liking. Steve Schmitt Ford has been used for services on our prior Explorer and will be providing service on the new Explorer!!!
