Excellent customer service. They keep you updated on progress. Everyone very kind and personal. Top notch.
Brought my car in after an accident, took about 3 weeks to finish but they were waiting on parts. As soon as the last part came my car was ready the next day. It looked better than when I drove it from the dealer! lol looks brand new and the inside was cleaned wonderfully. I did go through insurance and idk about car parts so I can’t say if the pricing was reasonable or not, but it “seemed” so when I read the breakdown. Over all, I am very happy with my vehicle. Thank you!
We just had our car repaired at Lou Fusz Collision center and had the pleasure of working with Tracy, Jason, and Bret. You can really tell that they care about their customers. Everyone was so nice and they treated us like family. Our vehicle looks brand new again. The body shop did a great job. Kudos all around. We had a great experience and I'm very comfortable referring friends and family to them.
I was rear-ended by an uninsured driver and I selected Lou Fusz for repairs. Easy process, and to my surprise, they weren't weeks out like other shops. 4 stars for now let's see how long the car is down. *Revise to 5 Stars. Informative. Professional. You receive a friendly greeting as soon as you hand touches the door to enter. Fast. Efficient.
My experience with Lou Fusz Collision Center was phenomenal. From bid to finished work, Tracy was on top of communication, handled payment from another party seamlessly, and I appreciated the regular text communication letting me know exactly what stage of repair my car was in. Efficient, friendly, and excellent repair - highly recommend!
