You’ve been WARNED, AVOID THIS SHOP, they will purposely replace parts that are perfect in order to abuse the insurance which would increase your monthly payments. Thanks to this shop, I will never do business with anything related to Lou Fusz. I lost some money due to their shady tactics but they lost at least 1 lifetime customer cause I was taking my new vehicle for regular maintenances at Lou Fusz Mazda.
I was rear-ended by an uninsured driver and selected Lou Fusz. Easy process, to my surprise, they weren't weeks out. 4 stars for now let's see how long the car is down.

absolutely terrible service. called today afte the storm to set up an estimate appt for repairs as my insurance company uses them. they told me they don't have man power to do estimates so they want you to get outside estimates then give them the money to do repairs..... so they want to do no effort to help the client just want the money for the work. Terrible business model
