I brought my car in for hail damage repair. What should’ve taken a week turned into 30 days, with repeated and unnecessary delays—blaming insurance even though I was in constant contact with my provider and knew things were cleared. At one point, they were straight-up lying about the status. The job was left half-finished, they introduced two new scratches, and were so careless that a previously fixed sunroof rattle returned after their work. My daughter had an accident in her car and the collision center had to go thru several rounds w my insurance company but they stayed on top of it and kept us informed every step of the way. Good communication was needed and they were really good at that grateful to have the car back!
You’ve been WARNED, AVOID THIS SHOP, they will purposely replace parts that are perfect in order to abuse the insurance which would increase your monthly payments. Thanks to this shop, I will never do business with anything related to Lou Fusz. I lost some money due to their shady tactics but they lost at least 1 lifetime customer cause I was taking my new vehicle for regular maintenances at Lou Fusz Mazda.
