I've been in contact with Lou Fusz since May of this year to get another copy of my MSO for my Jeep Renegade. I have been on the phone and in the store dealing with this since May. I was told one was ordered and sent to an old address, when I asked for another to be ordered, every time I ask, I am told it takes time to get it from the state archives. I have been going here on and off for about 6 years now. They have done great work and have been very upfront about what needs to get done and how long it will take. I have had no issues with any of their repairs or maintenance done on my truck. The staff has always gone above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience and has made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

We absolutely got scammed by the LF service department in January and four months later we're still trying to 1.) fix what we asked them to fix - which they said wasn't needed and 2.) fix the extremely sloppy work that they talked us into doing instead Timeline: December - daughter home from college, her 2009 car is leaking oil, ask for ball joints to be fixed January appointment - they said ball joints are fine, they can fix the oil leak for $3k and that we also need a new catalytic converter and O2 sensors, which would be ... read more
