If I could give this establishment zero stars, then I absolutely would. I had my Jeep towed in because it was having issues with the charging system. When the vehicle started spazzing on me and the dash said “service charging system”… I took multiple videos showing exactly what was going on and what the dash was saying. After a few minutes, the car battery died. Once the tow truck dropped off my Jeep, it took about half a day until somebody from the service department called me. I've been in contact with Lou Fusz since May of this year to get another copy of my MSO for my Jeep Renegade. I have been on the phone and in the store dealing with this since May. I was told one was ordered and sent to an old address, when I asked for another to be ordered, every time I ask, I am told it takes time to get it from the state archives. I have been going here on and off for about 6 years now. They have done great work and have been very upfront about what needs to get done and how long it will take. I have had no issues with any of their repairs or maintenance done on my truck. The staff has always gone above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience and has made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
