While they fix my main problem they tried to tack on $3100 worth of work that wasn't needed. No symtpoms. No nothing. Showed me a pic that would have confused the average .Before then they tried to overcharge me for the work that was done. $1700 vs $800. We agreed to a price and when the invoice shows up its double. Thank God a I know about cars. I must say the man handling my case was very. Nice while trying to rip me. Thumbs down. At least they didn't sabatoge the vehicle. Disapointed.

I would never recommend Lou Fusz off Highway K in O’Fallon. From start to finish, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Even after scheduling appointments, nothing was actually accomplished and no sense of urgency or accountability. Their service hours are inconvenient, and the staff consistently lack both personal attention and professional courtesy.
