Took my wife's Grand Cherokee in for air suspension problem and oil change. This was a scheduled appointment in the morning. They changed the oil the first day and didn't even look at the suspension until the following day. Their diagnosis was that the air pump was bad. I told them when I dropped it off that the air pump was bad but I was concerned that a leak caused the pump to run too frequently and overheat. I attempted to have two warranty repairs done at the Dave Sinclair Lincoln dealership and Mopar/Flexcare denied coverage for both issues that clearly state in the written contract are covered, factory installed rear entertainment units and the Sun/moonroof.
