My experience with the Lou Fusz Jeep service department was beyond unacceptable. They don’t diagnose — they gamble with your money. I was repeatedly told vague lines like “at a minimum it needs this,” only to learn the hard way that they were guessing rather than actually fixing the problem. After paying once and then having to bring my vehicle back because their first “repair” didn’t solve anything, I finally got my Jeep returned… only to discover a vacuum hose that connects directly to the intake manifold was NOT attached.... read more

Excellent service Quick friendly Reliable
I had to have my new 2025 Ram 1500 towed to the dealership on Saturday. Service closed until 7:00am Monday. Tried calling at 7 had their automated system tell me someone would text me back, 3 hours later I still can't get through to a service tech to talk to some one and they had not gotten back to me either. Very poor customer service in my opinion when all I want to do is talk to someone and know they have me scheduled on the books to get the dang thing fixed,
