Yesterday my elderly mother visited this dealer with questions about some paperwork confusion. Instead of helping her, they were rude and dismissive on a simple issue. She ended up visiting another location recieving excellent service and advice. However, the rude behavior of the staff at Lou Fusz St.Peters left her in tears after leaving thier location. I can never recommend giving folks business who refuse to give basic politeness over a simple issue.
I had a very pleasant experience buying my car here! When I came in, Will took the time to listen to my situation, and made a great recommendation of the perfect vehicle for it! I really appreciated his patience and dedication to making sure I was happy with my purchase!
