they knowingly sold me a used truck 2 years ago that had rust damage they had painted over with an aftermarket coat. the frame has completely rusted from the inside out do to it. also got a letter asking how my kia soul was doing. i bought a chevy truck. do not buy from here. even if the dealer says it passed all safety inspections.
Ray was wonderful. I really enjoyed my car buying experience and will buy from them again. LOVE my new 2026 Trailblazer.
The problem was fixed efficiently enough but my efforts to find a root cause for the part failure were dismissed. This was the 3rd time this part had failed in just over 2 years. I'll be out of warranty soon and really don't want to be in a position that I'm having to pay an $800 repair bill a couple of times a year. There are really only 3 possibilities. 1.
