Fan install went well until the first fan motor was bad, making noise, so we returned it, got a new fan and Lou came to install it. He had to go up in the attic as he said the fan box was wrong. The company had someone come to our property same day after our dryer wasn't working and the dryer manufacturer claimed it was the outlet. Lou's electrical came quickly, were wonderfully professional, and diagnosed the problem immediately. We'll be reaching out to them in the future for any electrical issues we may have.
