Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
