The service was amazing. The extras they do are above and beyond. I drove from KC to Lawrence and will definitely make the trip again to have my hair done. Jennifer went above my expectations. Highly recommend them.
My son will only let one person touch his hair, Mark at Lou & Co. Which is convenient because I'm the same with Jen, she is INCREDIBLE. Pam at the front desk is a rock star and the whole place is just good vibes. Nothing but good things to say about this gem

Loved the newly remodeled space! Welcoming and upscale decor made an immediate impression. Facial experience was top notch. Will definitely return.
Taylor is super sweet and awesome! I came back two times for her service. Did full balayage and money piece (slice of life) with her. Been getting a lot of compliments and feeling pretty!
