All employees I spoke with were courteous and polite. My review is a reflection of the service process and lack of congruent information, I received. The information contained in this review was recounted in a phone call to the service department manager, Chris Miranda, who was apologetic of the experience, offered an oil change or auto detail as compensation for the poor service experience, and said he would research and review what happened as the safety recall service should have taken 2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete. Too expensive even for little things like a $10 filter i can buy online. $90 here actually more but that was my portion to pay.
Very happy with my wait time for my oil change and Lauren Kelsey was very professional and pleasant.
Very nice. Was only there for a recall on my passenger air bag. But I did like the selection of vehicles.
