What a wonderful and helpful Service Department and the Advisors are truly there to assist people to the fullest. CJ was great to work with. I buy my vehicles from no one else and they are always serviced at Lou Bachrodt.
Poor communication throughout experiemce. Vehicle was there for almost 2 months waiting on parts for a vehicle under warranty with zero feedback or update from dealership. On day vehicle was ready we received a phone call from GM that vehicle would be ready following week then a call from Lou Bachrodt that it would be ready in an hour so we dropped everything we were doing and rushed to pick it up.
